“For me its 3.5 but I cant give half-star Rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable for a good sleep. Microwave is very confusing to use but the rest of the appliances are easy to use. Service is good but we dont know about the breakfast because we didnt buy the stay with breakfast. Location is average as the nearest minor train stop is like 7 min away and the nearest train stop is 14 min away, so its a far walk. Not good if u havr heavy suitcases because the streets to the hotel are cobbled... This is a better quality budget hotel so if u want a budget hotel Id recommend this.”

“I stayed at Citadines Kurfürstendamm Berlin for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away. The front desk staff were professional and graceful — not exactly warm, but very efficient. The room was spotless, simply yet stylishly designed, and well-equipped (with a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine!). The bathrobe was surprisingly comfortable, and breakfast was fresh, healthy, and delicious — not a huge variety, but excellent quality. Thank you for making my stay in Berlin so enjoyable. I’ll definitely choose Citadines again next time!”

“Nice, clean and comfy accommodation with a small kitchen, TV, a small sofa, a table, a nice bathroom, and complimentary coffee and tea. Good place to stay. Beds are too small. The receptionist was confused regarding the city tax.”

“A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. After checkout, I was able to leave my luggage without any problems while I explored the city before my flight. The hotel room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. A free coffee machine is available 24/7 in the hotel lobby for guests.”

“Hotel staff were amazing. Really helpful and friendly! Our room was very clean, lots of appliances and hotel essentials and well decorated and better than I expected. Easily the best hotel I've ever stayed in! Also in a great location close to lots of shops, restaurants and transport links while also being tucked around a quiter corner so the road is not loud or too busy. This was mine and my partners first holiday together and the hotel and staff could not have been any better! Would happily come and stay again! Deserves every star. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!”
